DELIVERY Delivery costs 55 kroner to Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Something Blue offer FREE DELIVERY in Denmark for orders over 750 kroner. ESPRESS DELIVERY OF PERSONAL ITEMS: With products with personalization follow the option of Express Delivery (delivery within 15 days rather than 5 weeks). This option is chosen during check-out and cost 300 Danish kroner. Is Express Delivery chosen, there will be no option to qualify for free delivery. The price of 300 Danish kroner is instead of the normal delivery cost, not a supplement to it. Express Delivery can also be chosen for overseas delivery, although not to Greenland. Unless you have ordered an item with a set delivery date (shown by the product description), the following is our delivery procedure: We aim to shop orders within no more than two days days from receipt. On orders paid using bank transfer, the two days start from receipt of full payment. Have you ordered more than one item and does one item have a longer delivery time, all products follow that delivery date. Do you need a product immediately, please send us an email in order to get written confirmation that we will ship your order immediately. In most cases we can easily send an order to the front of the line, but not without our written acceptance of yur request. Returned shipments If the postal service returns a package due to failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for both the postage on the first order and for the resend, should they wish it resent.
